LINET Group’s Business Continuity Plan incorporates prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery measures to minimize the impact of critical incidents and ensure operational continuity across the Group.

The objectives of this plan are to:

- conduct risk management assessments
- define and prioritise critical business functions
- establish immediate response procedures for critical incidents
- outline strategies and actions that enable LINET Group to maintain business operations during disruptions

Code of conduct

Our Code of Business Conduct defines the principles, values, and guidelines that govern how we operate across LINET Group. It helps ensure compliance with applicable laws, supports responsible decision-making, and reinforces our commitment to acting with integrity, transparency, and professionalism in all daily business activities.

The Code serves as a foundation for ethical behaviour across our relationships with employees, customers, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders worldwide.

Customer satisfaction

Customer feedback plays a key role in helping LINET Group continuously improve its products, services, and customer experience. To better understand customer perception and satisfaction, we regularly conduct customer satisfaction surveys using the Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology.

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a globally recognised metric used to evaluate customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the likelihood of recommending our products and services to others.

Our overall NPS score of 32 is considered above average within the B2B sector, reflecting the trust and long-term relationships we continue to build with customers worldwide.

Financial reporting

At LINET Group, we establish and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting to help protect our business operations and assets, while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of our financial reporting processes and financial information.

Our approach supports transparency, accountability, and compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements across the Group.

Innovation is at the core of LINET Group. We continuously seek new technologies, technical solutions, and product improvements that help us deliver advanced healthcare and nursing care solutions while maintaining our focus on improving patient outcomes and supporting caregiver workflow efficiency.

Today, LINET Group holds 72 patents and 94 trademarks, reflecting our long-term commitment to innovation, research, and product development.

Supplier selection

Before establishing any partnership, LINET Group conducts supplier audits to assess compliance with our standards and requirements. This includes evaluating business credibility, workplace conditions, production operations, product quality, certifications, and contractual specifications.

To maintain long-term quality and reliability across our supply chain, we operate an automated monthly feedback and evaluation system for key suppliers, enabling continuous performance monitoring and improvement.

Approximately 80-90% of our suppliers are based within the European Union, supporting stable supply chains, quality standards, and responsible sourcing practices.

Ethics hotline

We want to build mutual trust. That's why we have introduced a whistleblower protection programme that allows you to report breaches anonymously. Both our employees and, for example, our business partners can take advantage of this option. The basis of the whistleblower protection is the ethics hotline, which is operated for us by BDO Audit s.r.o., ID No. 45314381.
