Employee feedback and support

Our VOICE of Employee platform enables us to conduct regular biannual employee satisfaction surveys, helping us better understand employee needs and continuously improve the overall workplace environment across LINET Group.

Our current employee engagement indicator (eNPS) is 77%, and we continuously look for ways to strengthen employee satisfaction and engagement.

LINET Group also provides the People Care assistance line, available free of charge to employees and their families. The service offers support with mental wellbeing, financial guidance, and legal matters.

Education support

LINET Group actively supports cooperation with secondary schools, universities, and other educational institutions across multiple countries. Students have access to various forms of scholarships, internships, and expert guidance from our specialists and leadership teams.

We also involve young talents in real business projects, giving them practical experience in a professional environment while supporting their development and integration into the industry.

COVID-19 Pandemic
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we focused on protecting employee health and safety while adapting our operations and production processes to support healthcare providers and patients during a critical period.

Solidarity with Ukraine
LINET supported Ukrainian colleagues and their families relocating to the Czech Republic and actively cooperated with humanitarian organisations providing assistance and medical support to Ukraine.
